This facility deserves no stars. We put our furniture in storage while we moved. When we returned 2 months later to get our stuff, the unit was infested with brown recluse spiders. While the lease states that extra space takes no responsibility for insects, they knew there was a problem because they put out bait near units. However, they did not call or alert any of the owners of the...

Don't put your stuff here I left my trailer the for only one day and my window was knocked out by there landscapers and they refuse to take any responsibility for it

First day I left my RV here at this facility they broke my window and refuse to be accountable for it even though they acknowledge it was there landscapers that did it no customer service here.
