Dirty, shabby, and the office staff is clueless. They do NOT have DVD's as their site claims, they don't even have light bulbs in house. Check in was horrible, fully equipped kitchens are not fully equipped, they even charge me for a phone call to a 5 digit (non-existant) phone number.

It's really hard to find a place where they have a kitchen and you can make your own food. Restaurants are very expensive to go everyday to them and i don't like fast food. Studio Plus has that option. This place has a little swimming pool. I was not really satisfied with the 'cleaning' service, it would be really nice if they did it every 3 days at least when you are staying there for more...

The complaints that were made through management about the plumbing and excessive noise were addressed. I am still waiting to hear from the corporate office.

Pros: inexpensive, full kitchen, good parking

Cons: customer service, noise, plumbing

Excelent for long stays – It's really hard to find a place where they have a kitchen and you can make your own food. Restaurants are very expensive to go everyday to them and i don't like fast food. Studio Plus has that option. This place has a little swimming pool. I was not really satisfied with the 'cleaning' service, it would be really nice if they did it every 3 days at least when you are staying there for more than a week. The laundry room is no good, i recommend you to go somewhere else if you don't want your clothes to be stained as it happened with my husbands shirts.
