Room was dirty dog food under ac unit rust and dirt in the bathroom no towels or amenities smelled like dig poop

It was a good quiet comfortable stay. The bathroom needed repairs like mold under sink and a little outdated but overall ok.

Nasty bathroom with spiders

I arrived to a disgusting bathroom that could not be cleaned until the next day because staff had left for the day. There were globs of hair, dirt and soap scum. I ended up going to the store to buy cleaning products to scrub the bathroom myself. Once I was done I got in the bed to find a spider under my pillow. To top it off the bed felt like a brick. I was offered coupons for the horrible...
