Stayed here for a week originally and ended up staying for over 3 weeks. The rooms are small, the carpet needs cleaning and the bed was not comfortable. On the outside it is clean but the inside needs some work or updating of course then they would charge more. For an overnight stay or if you have someone in Medical City hospital maybe...

Dirty, small, poor customer service. There is nothing positive to be said of our visit except that there is an end date. They abuse you on pet fees. A thoroughly horrible experience! Do not stay here!!!

I used this hotel for 4 days stay due to its proximity to the home of friends I visited over Thanksgiving. I used it for sleepover only from about 9PM to 8AM. For this the hotel rate was great. Service at front desk was OK. Place is older and shows it. Room was very large with refrigerator, micro and stove....

The rooms or decent, but that varies greatly from each room. Clean with no rodents or infestations. I have called the front desk three days for supplies and I have not yet received them.
