Never stayed. After booking and showing up to hotel I was asked to make $100 deposit either in cash or on my credit card. Although I understand the need for such practices, I still find it impersonal and insulting.

During a horrible storm Feb 1 and 2, 2016bad enough to shut down the City of Colorado Springs I was fortunate to get a wonderful room for 2 nights at Extended Stay America. The crew at this location worked very hard to keep the lobby safe and dry even with all the foot traffic in and out.

I'm a long-term resident here at Extended Stay America, and I'm very pleased with my stay here. Oscar the manager, and Doug, Mary, Nathan and all the staff are very professional and friendly and very accommodating. The facilities are in top notch condition and the hotel is very quiet, a good place to rest. I wouldn't think of going anywhere...
