Stayed here this past weekend for family gathering & they went above & beyond. Rooms were spacious and clean. This is a mixed review. My husband and I stayed here 15 weeks. Price was good. House keeping did a good job. Erika and Javier are the friendliest front desk workers and treat everyone with respect and very professional.

Extended Stay America Chicago/Lansing is really a great hotel for short stays,and for long time stay. The staff at extended stay are all amazing and very nice they always show you full attention when you have a problem,or need anything for your room.
