I pull up next to a man waiting in his car for an attendant to come out, hand him the paper work, and go inside the building. Mind you that it is 96 degrees outside and gas is $3.69! An attendant comes out hands the man a clipboard tells him to go inside the building and he will be with him. There is a car in both stalls in front of my van and the other man's van. I roll down my window assuming that someone is going to attend to me shortly. I wait 12 minutes in the heat for someone just to hand me the clipboard so I can go in the building too. When it is time to ring out there is a woman...
