I work in East Windsor and needed a haircut. I surfed the internet and found Express Cuts right down the road. After reading the reviews, I paid them a visit. Vu used a razor to cut my hair and it is the best haircut I have had in years. I have so much hair and now it is lighter, full of layers and waves; Beautiful!!

Oh man.. do those guys know how to cut hair! The best in the business. The owners own 2 other shops... one in Manchester, and one in Newington. The girls working in Newington are totally HOT!

This is my moms go to place for her hair cuts and her hair color! She has been going to Melvin for as long as I can remember (even when he was located at another location) and won't see anyone...

Vu, the owner of Express Cuts, has been cutting my hair for eight years. I wouldn't go anywhere else. I tried him after many hair salons and barber shops in the area (many far more expensive). He cuts your hair properly., and the way you want it. He actually listens to you! I get a consistently great haircut every time.

He runs a clean, tidy, friendly shop. The cost is very reasonable. If...
