Robert goes above and beyond what we ask of him and always done it professionally. The best feature is the online support we utilize to fix our computers when he can't physically make it to our office.

Excellent service. Was willing to offer help over as I tried to fix computer issue on my own and when I could not fixed it at a good price. I would have paid much more at best buy. Overall greT experience and computer is running great.
