This place has the worst customer service. The manager is very rude and unprofessional. The rep broke my screen. I called the manger and he called me a scam artist. Do not go here!

NRH location Is best

Average Rating

I have used this location before, and found the NRH store has the better tech staff. All of my works computer's go to the NRH store, its a further drive, but the tech at that store has much more exp and not to mention the NRH store is their first location and not owned by the same owner as the Bedford store. But bedford for me has done an average job, no complaints,

Absolutely horrible!!!

Absolutely horrible! Go somewhere else! Rude and unprofessional. Not knowledgeable about computer repair. Like having a unqualified teenagers fix your computer. Does not take responsibility for their own damages.

I had the proprietary onboard USB burn out in my computer, and they tried to find a way to fix it, but there was no way without a new motherboard. Came up with a good workaround to install a separate PCI USB card. They also said part of my problem was a crashed head in the hard drive. I'm always dubious about things I can't see, but I bought a new hard drive anyway, and price was comparable...

They saved my pictures!

These guys know what they are doing. They were able to accurately diagnose my hard drive problem, do a data recovery and get my pictures back, and put them on a new hard drive, installed in my computer, back up and running. I will definitely be going back to this place.
