In fact, I would highly recommend them to all my friends, family, neighbors, etc. Their reps helped me picked the right package for me and let me know of all the specials and offers and the terms/conditions that applied as well as what my bill would be each month. I would never recommend this company to anyone. They mislead you and charge you for things after the fact when they can't deliver. Of course the calls are so called "recorded" but not the ones where they fail to tell you that you will be charged if they can't deliver due to trees etc. If you want a company that does what they say, stay away from them and go to Hughes net.
