The TV at my moms house was having problems picking up any channels and there was poor reception. Paul came in and explored all the possible problems quickly and professionally. Stupid virus from the internet totally trashed my laptop, after Bestbuy tried to fix the issue I went for a 2nd opinion. They cam to the house onsite and repaired the pc in under 2 hours. Took Bestbuy 4-5 days to get results. Will be using these guy again!!!
I would tell him (which I did) this place is a joke. I called in looking for an adapter cable and the guy ask me are you sure did you have a tech look at it. I told him give me a break I know how to fix my fkn computer and I get hung up on. I then call back and get hung up on again with no answer.
