My company paid for this hotel. When I checked in, the front desk clerk said that I had to show my personal credit card but nothing would be charged. I showed him my bank debit card. I was in shock when I dicovered $677.00 missing from my personal account. After arguing with the front desk clerk the money was replaced after 48 Hrs. Only to find 2 days later the same thing had occurred...

The hotel itself was fine it was the front desk the next day.The hotel had experienced a power outage which made me me miss my morning meeting,which had to be rescheduled 2 weeks later.When I went to the front desk to check out I asked if they would credit part of my room and he stated,"not our fault you will have to get your credit from FPL(the local utility).That was not the response I was...
