I have used EDI in the past and was hoping to see some better reviews. I too have to agree that they are horrible at communication. Phone calls go unanswered, have been rude and phone calls not returned. Other than the fact that you wonder if they are going to show up for your event, they do set up fast.

Really! It is 2013! Why do you not have a website? They are horrible at communication too. I was very nervous because I didn't know if they were delivering or just ignored me!

Horrible!!!! I think they are drunk! They were rude, do not return phone calls,very hard to understand on the phone...slurring words! Then they hung up! Do not even bother with them!
