The office staff is great but the superintendent is awful. I have never seen him work. He is always talking to someone instead of working. I have waited forever to get my repairs done and when he finally comes to fix it he doesn't even know how to repair a toilet. Then finally we got another maintenance man and he is great but now he is leaving to go somewhere else. Is there anyway we can keep...
