Expected me to wait at airport for 1.75 hours for a shuttle after flight was delayed by 10 minutes, and refused a refund. Verbally abusive customer service. The manager literally yelled at me for 10 minutes on the phone!

Convenient and economical method of transportation between MSP and outlying areas (St. Cloud for me). Drivers are friendly and not too crazy! Beats driving to/from the airport. Probably not good for groups or families, but perfect when traveling solo.
