They bid on a simple (flat tar/gravel) roof repair - not the lowest bid but more comprehensive and coherent than the others. So I hired them and they came and went as agreed and left a bill. So today I went up and looked at the roof to see what they did and they really did do a comprehensive and complete job. When it ultimately needs replacement they'll be first in line to bid on it.
