This guy is unbelievable. Says he is in Glen Ellyn but he is NOT. (see Link)
The correct address is Glen Ellyn is : 2N331 BERNICE AVE Glen Ellyn. The street address on his website is wrong. Who does not know how to spell their own street name if they live there in the house! It's a bogus address.

It’s all a bunch of baloney. The guy is based:

What is so tricky is he uses a call forwarding number to appear in Glen Ellyn or Wheaton or Rosemont. When an unsuspecting customer (me) calls thinking he is getting a “local guy” my telephone call is4 forward to his cell phone (or home number) in BUFFALO GROVE. I don’t understand this if he would just tell me he is based in Buffalo Grove that would be fine with me. But if he is lying about the most basic stuff then I will move on to another company. Here the guy has 2 different company names. Excellent Hardwood Flooring and Wheaton Hardwood Flooring (the latter based in Naperville). None of it’s true. It makes me think if he dishonest about this what am I getting into Second, I wonder if something goes wrong will I be able to find the guy. I moved on to another flooring dealer.
My laminate flooring was installed quickly, which was good, but sloppily. One area already had to be re-done and it's still not right but I won't ask for another repair because I (finally) realized that what was done is as good as it gets. There are lots of flaws and mistakes that I'm stuck with now. Bummer.

We hired this company to install hardwood floors in our living, dining and bath rooms and they did a great job. So we hired them again to install hardwood floors in the kitchen and large dinette area. They took up the old carpet and pre-finished wood flooring and installed beautiful hardwood and all the trim.
