Laramar and the Overlook at Woodholme provide the DIMMEST, LAZIEST, RUDEST “Management” Staff EVER. Within a month of Laramar taking over the Overlook at Woodholme, (formerly the Excalibur - Managed by Buzzuto - Another TERRIBLE management company), the place CRASHED HARD. (As if it couldn’t get any worse.) The lousy service that Bozzuto provided, all together ceased when Laramar took over....
Building not secure. Doors are constantly open. Locks are not fixed . Halls cold and drafty. Need a winter coat to walk outside of apartment in the hall. Exercise room equipment not repaired. Office staff says it's "out of their hands" not I will check into status. Will be out when lease expires. DON'T MOVE HERE. It is not a luxury.
This is my 6th year here and although not perfect before, it was a pleasant friendly community. Since the current management has taken over it is completely different ... I would not move here and will leve as soon as my lease ends
