Went in to replace two tires and get an alignment. Called on Monday morning and set up an appointment for that afternoon. When I went in they discovered that they did not have tires in stock for my vehicle and the only ones available in their chain of stores locally were outside my price range. They called their warehouse and found a more reasonable pair but it would take an hour to deliver....
