It was hard to believe my meal was prepared by students. Not only was the presentation beautiful the food was delicious. I've already recommended the restaurant to friends.

The Caribbean menu that the Evolve Bistro has is as great as their other menus. Great food and atmosphere at a great price always makes it well worth the trip.

This is an excellent addition to River North and is a great way to showcase what the students are learning at the Art Institute. The food was well prepared and the servers were very attentive. Great job to the students in showcasing their work!

I've been to Evolve Bistro multiple times and never have I ever been disappointed. The changing of the menu is so exciting because you can try so many different foods you never knew were delicious. This is the place to come if you are adventurous with your taste buds! The service is fantastic, the food is delicious and the price is low for the quality of the food.
