Evolution Gym is opened 24hrs a day 7 days a week. Evolution Gym has a large selection of free weights ranging from 5lb to 150lb dumbells and 2 1/2lb to 100lb plates. There is also a large selection of Hammer Strength plate loaded machines and Body Solid cable machines. If your looking for real world strength we have Strongman equipment such as a Steel Log, Farmers Walk, Keg, Axel Deadlift, and 750lb tire. We have a seperate Cardio Room with treadmills, bikes, stepper, and elip. machine. There is a on-site shower facility. If you are a beginner just looking to get back in shape or a veteran looking for the kind of place you love, Evolution Gym is the place for you.

Great place to work. The owner is nice and the members are friendly. There is a ton of equipment and they're opened 24hrs.

Best place in town. Its always opened so I can go whenever I want. Tons of free weights and machines and they have a cardio room. The owner is cool and the people who work out there are surprisingly friendly and helpful. Cheap too. I would check them out.

i like this place because i can go whenever i want to and don't have to worry about workers bothering me while i am working out..and great worout music there also
