I've been to several tattoo parlors in Spokane. I decided to try Evolution for my elements tattoo. Jay drew it up and fl...awlessly applied it. I could not be happier with the results. The color makes it look like a painting. It's wonderful :)

All of the artists are friendly an welcoming; Brent is my tattoo artist and does incredible work. Remarkably high level of craftsmanship all around!

Getting work done by Brent Foster. He is a great artist with an exceptional talent at being able to translate very littl...e input into a great master piece. Great Artists. But definitely hard to get a hold of, I wouldnt say they exactly cater well to customers walking in the door.
