I'll still give them 2 stars for actually fixing the iPad that we took in for a broken screen but after that it was all down hill. We arrived at 12pm and were told the iPad would be repaired...

I took in my notebook because it wouldn't charge anymore. I was told that a new piece for my charger had been ordered and would be in within 3 to 5 business days. A week later when I called the guy told me that the wrong part came in so he was waiting on the correct part. I called a week later and he said that he was still waiting for the part and it should be in within a day or two. A week...

I came in to get my PC fixed and I was very satisfied with the service by Patrick storey and I definitely will recommend to my friends and co workers to go and get there TV. and their PC what ever else needs fixing go there .. Thank u so much Patrick .. :)
