Project: Asphalt Shingle Roofing - Repair

Had attic vents replaced and the new vents were not lined up with the existing holes - 50% of the existing hole was covered by the new vent. They offered to fix it by cutting larger holes in the roof under the new vents but that seemed like it would cause more issues so I left it as is. Also, I was billed for 10 hours of work when the actual repair time was, by my estimates, no longer than 5...

According to information provided by Everlasting Homes Inc. is now a GAF MASTER ELITE CERTIFIED ROOFING CONTRACTOR. We can now offer a 25 year no leak warranty if we replace an entire roof. The shingles will be warrantied a full 50 years from the manufacture.
