these guys did the best job. very friendly , and I have had them back three more times to do other trees.

Non-responsive, no-show for appointments, no return calls, very flakey

Called for an estimate. Rich gave me a quote, but when I mentioned the free stump grinding, he became irritated because his estimate was then lowered. He would not return calls to schedule work. Made an appointment to come and look at the tree. Took off work to meet him and he never called and never showed. Haven't heard from him since. Called another company.
