Aweful customer service. Turned me away because I was 12 minutes late for my appointment then charged me a $75 "no show" fee. Explained there was a wreck on the interstate that caused my tardiness, they didn't care. Last appointment my doctor apparently called in sick, they failed to call me. I drove 30 + minutes for nothing. Avoid this place at all costs, the customer service is a joke.
The only reason I give them 3 stars is because the doctors have been nice and actually took time with us. The down side of that time is corporate UP billing.
Great doctors, HORRIBLE billing department. My insurance company is holding $1200.00 until Everett clinic corrects a billing error from a month ago. Spoken to several people and received different responses each time. Requested to talk to a supervisor and was told it could take up to 2 days. Have still not received a call. Such a horrible experience with the billing staff!
We love our kids' pediatrician, that's the one bright spot and the only reason this isn't a one-story review. We've been billed incorrectly more than once and getting it fixed has been a nightmare. Every single Doctor i have gone to here has thrown me around and can't even explain a simple skin rash. They don't listen to their patients. I have been taking the same birth control for 6 years and they refuse to prescribe it to me when I need it or run out even when I go to a yearly checkup specifically for this purpose. They have yet to give me a reason why.
