Experience with the emergency room

A close friend was taken to Evanston Hospital during a seizure, and I waited for four hours in the emergency waiting room as she received treatment. While I have no complaints about the waiting time (I understand; it's an emergency room), I do wonder why the nurses and doctors treating my friend were so slow to respond. Outpatient surgery is excellent

I've been there for both of my cataract surgeries and for an epidural for a herniated disk.The folks in outpatient surgery are well-organized and helpful.
