He fixed the vacuum while I was waiting and didn't charge me!!!! It was a simple repair. I felt silly; I might been able to fix it. He was nice, patient and got it done in 5 min. Double checked to see if vacuum worked. Nice person and good sales rep !!!!! Thanks so much!!!!

Great selection of products and service after the sale that can't be beat! We bought one of the more expensive vacuums, a Riccar, and it has lasted many years!

Best place for real vacuum cleaners. Have shopped there since late 70s and would recommend to everyone. One of the last Mom And Pops store left. Services second to none. And think about it have a vacuum with 80 pounds of suction only vacuum once.....not your off the Wal-Mart shelf vacuum. If on a budget he has refurbished he puts a 1 year guarantee on can't beat it. I went to this store recently to buy bags and I was asked when my Kirby was serviced last. I realized I had never had it done, so I had a full service done including a new brush roller installed, and I can't believe how great it cleans again! Thanks to Mike and the tech's at Evans for making my Kirby work like new again.
