Had the worst experience ever here. Have been a regular customer due to the ease of booking but due to a traffic jam outside the facility I arrived at exactly 5:39 for a 5:30 appointment. The receptionist said I couldn't come in - although the cancellation policy is 9 minutes and I showed her on my iPhone the time was 5:39, she said she was required to cancel and reschedule. Recommend Michele for thorough and positive experience I cannot recommend Ursula enough. I had my first Brazilian wax. Anyone that tells you these do not hurt is being dishonest but seriously, Ursula made the experience so much less painful. She is highly professional and checks in on you the entire time. I had never waxed before, and had my first waxing session with Amanda. She was professional, did a thorough job, making sure to leave everything nice and smooth, all while helping me feel at ease during my first wax session ever. I now see Amanda once a month and recommend her highly.
