Help us make it rightVery bad service. Wanted to diagnose chair over the phone! Went back and forth with this company for over a year. Even the seat cushion burnt up. replaced 3 motors and you name it on this chair and it broke. Will NEVER buy or touch any product they have their name on.
We purchased 3 top of the line Pedicure Chairs and we had nothing but trouble with the product. Things keep on braking and the company wont be responsible for anything. They even told us the warranty began with the order day and not the install date. Very bad Customer Service we will never buy theier product again!!!
