I was a paying customer for several years, I scheduled a Brazilian wax a day in advance, when I arrived the woman asked me if I was getting my eyebrows done, when I explained I had made an appointment she looked shocked, and had me undress while she was still in the room. Though she was friendly, she completed the wax doing only about 3...

I loved the atmosphere, everyone was very friendly and the ladies were hilarious. I felt very comfortable and at home. The pedicure I received was OK. I might try a hair cut or something different, but I'll stick to Lucky's for my nails.

Do not go here. The owner, Barbara is very inpersonable and was very rude during my pedicure. She continued to hold a conversation in front of me in her native language polish while she was doing my pedi. Totally unprofessional and the girls at the front desk are rude and immature including Laura. I would never go back there.
