What a pleasure it is to go into a Family owned Jewelry Store. Gone are the days of tradition and experienced Jewelers that are there to give you personalized service.
In Eugenes you see the same Friendly faces everyday that know you by name. Mark the owner aims to please and specialilzes in custom jewelry. The Manager Kathy has a great approach with a no problem attitude. I spent a lot more than I had intended to because of her outstanding sales ability. I brought in several rings that were gifted to me from my mom and grandmother. Mark the owner of Eugene's created a past, present and future ring that included all of the diamonds and it was not only beautiful but my Mom was so thrilled to see what I had done. A great keep sake that I will treasure forever!

Store not recommended. Manager very rude and unfriendly. Old jewelries and expensive. Better go to downtown jewelry district.

This place is a dump. Jewelry is out of style and the help is well...rude.

This place has the most out dated jewelry I have ever seen and they are asking top dollar! The place itself needs a huge facelift. A man named MIKE? waited on me. He was such an arrogant putz. I doubt this place will be around much longer. Do yourself a favor- skip it.
