Stay away from this HVAC Contractor
An AC technician from this HVAC company came to service our residential AC unit. It turned out to be a very bad experience.
(1) The technician was attending to phone calls for 15 of the 20 minutes he was on the service call
(2) Used abusive and threatening language
(3) Argumentative, overly aggressive and unrelenting
(4) The technician flatly refused to check the AC unit of another floor even when I requested him. Instead of getting off the phone call and take 2 minutes to check the unit, the technician came up with excuses to not perform the task.
(5) The technician exhibited Intimidatory behavior and I almost felt the need to call the Police.
Deal with this company on your own risk. Very unprofessional. Left a very bad taste.
