I agree that Ethan Allen North Dallas customer service is terrible. It's my first experience with the company and I trusted that a high end store would be customer service oriented or I wouldn't have done business with them. I ordered a couch which arrived and after 2 months the cushion started breaking …

Awesome! I have saved for years to buy the very best and that is what I got, not only the furniture but the help I got from my decorator who pulled it all together. Terry Dye is the best and she made my vision come alive and I couldn;t be happier. There is something about having your dreams come true …

Had shopped there a few times but this was my first time buying. They were great until they had my deposit for 2 chairs which were supposed to be ready in 6-8 weeks. 5 months later, I am still waiting for delivery on one. And did they ever contact me to explain the reason for these delays? Not once! At every instance, I had to initiate contact and then a series of problems would be revealed....
