They keep their grounds pretty nice. Sometimes it seems like they fall behind on garden maintenance. It was hit or miss depending on what staff member I was dealing with.

NOT HAPPY AT ALL WITH THIS PLACE. They are liars and very inconsiderate people at this place. I buried my brother in 2006 and all went well except it took forever to get his head stone done and placed. My mother just passed in March and we couldn't bury her the day WE WANTED we had to WAIT four extra days to do it on their time. Then what should have only taken 4-6 weeks to get the headstone done which was paid for and made ahead of time twenty years ago took them until the end of June. And the staff did nothing but lie to me about it. Finally after contacting the secretary of the CEO in...

When my Father passed away he had already purchased his and my Mothers plot and made the arrangements at Eternal Valley. The death of a love...

The Grounds are Beautiful but the Staff is Very Inconsiderate.

The people who now operate this cemetary are very rude and inconsiderate. Years ago, when my brother had his wife buried here the service was beautiful. When our mother passed away in 2008 we didn't receive the same treatment. They changed the date 3 times. The cost was far more than we expected. Don't be fooled by their so-called package prices! The service was rudely rushed. And they didn't provide all of the items that we had paid extra for .
