I just moved into the complex last month, they were extremely on time with repairs that needed to be made, They keep the area neat and clean. They have contests and events for all. Very quite too which is nice after a long day at work.

Moved here in 2010. Let me say first off - This place is quite, for the most part. I feel safe here, but the gates are out of commision quite often.
First couple of years the complex was well kept and maintained. Then the management company changes started. Not sure if they are the same companies, but for sure new staff. Main focus is now on raising rent. Staff argues with everything you try to...
