My mother and I spoke with the sales manager by the name of Gary M. who was extremely rude and attempted to scare her into becoming a customer. Attempting to scare the elderly is no way to gain customers! When she started crying he became even more aggressive and told us if we weren't ready to do business with him then we were wasting his time and should leave.
