Poor service skills , everyone has an expert opinion on why your tire won't be covered or why this or that, Obviously all in Spanglish. My brother recently bought four tires 6 months later he damaged one he bought a new one to match of course. The same tire he replaced poppin the center no puncture and of course they fed him some line of bull. Your rim got hot, your rim is crooked, blah blah...

When I first came to buy tires which was a month 1/2 go they were egred to sell me new tires. Today 7/6/15 Iam back to repair a flat and get rebalanaced my rear tires they told me it be a while so iam there waitng for an hour and finally I look up and saw my truck parked i thought it was done turns out they had not even touched it mean while they guys at the counter are on the phones on face...
