Dr. Kilian spent quality time with me prior to my shoulder surgery, explaining the entire process and answering all my questions. I was completely confident in his skills and am so thankful that I chose him as my surgeon.

After several exhausting appointments with other surgeons, Dr. Steiner was the first doctor who listened to my sons concerns and identified the problem. We were able to approach his care conservatively and I could not be more thankful. Surgery was a total success and my son was back training before we expected him to be. Could not recommend Dr. Steiner more!

my first cuff repair was so painfull that I waited 8 years to get it redone. If Dr Kilian would have done my first surgery my life would have been changed a lot .I can not thank him enough. 100 stars would be my rating.

Dr Kilian preformed a reverse shoulder replacement on my right shoulder seven weeks ago. Although I am still under post op restrictions, I am pain free and my shoulder function is improving daily. I've had no unexpected issues from the surgery.
