First, when I was trying to schedule a consultation appointment the receptionist had me waiting for 10mins while she was on the phone. I made my $75 payment for my appt. The day of my appt the chart that she gave the doctor was for the wrong patient. When I went in to see the Doctor, she was worst. She looked at my tattoos and said I couldn't get cool-sculpting. Dr. Ehrlich certainly seems to be an expert in her field. I trust her ability to correctly diagnose and treat skin diseases. However, she is not a good doctor when it comes to interacting with patients. She is cold, seems annoyed with questions, and does not explain her treatment decisions. Additionally, her office is often impossible to reach and almost never will return calls.
