Expect NO assistance from this agent should you be involved in an accident. Even if you have full coverage insurance and are not at fault.
Their response is "Call the Claims Dept." Do not expect any help as to what you are covered for or entitled to.
This "local" agent is just picking up his commission check and skipping to the bank - he offers NO help navigating claims.
