I joined the Chicago Loop club at $130/month, based in part on the exceptional reviews and in part because it was the closest gym to where my job relocated. Yes, the place is clean, yes, it is not that crowded. But people, come on, the place is a TINY dump. LA Fitness, XSport, even Bally's in Downtown Chicago are ALL bigger and better. Equinox has very little equipment, just TWO flat benches...
