A killer view, epic prices and hefty portions define Pat Kuleto's latest waterfront project. Chef Jan Birnbaum churns out cuts of beef and other main dishes with hearty sides like macaroni and cheese. Don't miss the prime rib, which is served only until 8pm.

EPIC Steak Restaurant Review

With its majestic bay views and high-end allure, this airy, buzzing restaurant is an oversize, dream-like interpretation of a turn-of-the-century pump house. Prodigious steamship components within the soaring dining room and second-floor bar are juxtaposed against vast windows framing Oldenburg’s “Cupid’s Span” and the iconic Bay Bridge. Yet the feel throughout is detailed and pampering, with...

Fantastic charcuterie, all made in-house, from rillettes to bresaola to duck prosciutto. For your entree, you've gotta go with beef, though your choices are barely limited: filet & dungeness crab cake, juicy prime rib, charred bone-in ribeye... it's all deadly. Throw in a terrific wine list and some of the best views in the city; what else do you need?

The upstairs bar is a lovely place to enjoy a drink while taking in one of the best views of the Bay Bridge.

Head to this waterfront spot on a sunny afternoon for happy hour. The food is delicious and the view is even more stunning!

Stayed in San Francisco for a couple of days and wanted to have a really good meal. Found Epic and wasn't disappointed! Great food, we had steaks and Wagnu made to perfection and their service was excellent!

I enjoyed the view of the bay bridge , 2 shots of patron with the crab appetizer and the seafood platter to follow . My date enjoyed s steak with mushrooms and truffle butter in the side . My lobster claw was extremely hard to crack but my waiter simply took it to the back and packaged it to go . Lunch was perfect ??

We were hugely disappointed in the wait time to receive our food, as well as the way the delay was handled by the manager. We were almost written off and told that "every other table has had to wait" as an excuse and explanation. When our food did arrive, a couple of the dishes were cold and some of the potatoes and squash were severely undercooked.
