In the spring of 2010 J. Randy Dorcy Law Firm sent a letter to us saying they could get us a loan modification on our house. In June we paid them $1,500 and then another $1500 in July, a total of $3,000. They said it would be 100% refunded to us if denied by the bank. The loan modification was denied and now they refuse to give us our money back.  We have tried to contact them many times but...
