The Billing Dept is located in a garage apt above the residential garage... They have a small office area in the corner of what appears to be a storage area. The office has piles of papers scattered.. I have had my service cut of numerous times due to non payment. I send the checks, but they claim to neverget them.. although they are never returned by mail.. The only time they do recieve them...
