As other reviews post, getting parts is all special order. You tell them what you want then they pull out a catalogue and show you the smallest picture and tell you that this is what you need....

This review is for the service department. I've had my KLR there a couple of times and I must say that it's worth the hour drive from Seattle. They are friendly, helpful, and they stayed in touch and let me know when the bike was ready. Not much more to add...
