I am a platinum rewards member which means I rent a lot (typically every week, and for multiple days at a time). Maybe I'm old school - I believe the more business you give someone the better the treatment should be. Not so with Enterprise. They go out of their way to emphasize their customer service but it is only lip service. There are some very good individuals that I have dealt with at...

Had to rent a car while the wife's car was being repaired, they were very busy but never compromised their customer service. They also gave us a 1/2 tank of gas credit for future use because my wife filled the car before returning it, I highly recommend Enterprise. A+++

Great rental experience. Dealer arranged for the rental, paper work was ready, people were polite, car was ready, no hassle. Would use them again.
