I have always used Enterprise. Now that I live in Texas, I will stay with Enterprise. The cost has increased but what hasn't. I am greeted when I enter the business and this location has great people who wants the best for their customers.

I was given a car that stinks like beer was spilled on the floor (-1 star). I called and the service rep immediately and he told me to just return so they can replace it (+1 star) but I had to pick up my son so I couldn't do it. When I told them again about it upon returning, the other receiving service rep respectfully contended my theory that it wasn't beer, said "It's probably mold from the...

horrible customer service

This place has the rudest, worst customer service ever. DO NOT go there! They would not let us speak to a manager either!
