This place is the worst. I rented a car from this place and was accused of damaging the cd player. We did not use the cd player and they contacted us 2 weeks after we rented the car. They did not take into consideration that an employee could have done it or even someone else that may have rented the car after us. I would advise anyone that rents form enteprise to be very careful and make sure...

I called 2 hours before I was to pick up a rental letting the agent know that I will need a ride from my home. Well, the rental agent promised that she would have someone to pick me up but no one ever showed. I even called the National Reservation center in St. Louis to complain and again was promised that an agent would take care of me but still.....no resolution!
